PRESENT: Neal Speer, Village President; Adam Paxman, Trustee; and Eugene LaBombard, Trustee.
Unless otherwise noted, all motions carried unanimously.
- Call to Order:
Neal Speer, Village President, called the emergency meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
- Pledge of Allegiance:
Everyone stood for the Pledge of Allegiance.
- Executive Session to Discuss Personnel:
Eugene LaBombard made the motion to enter Executive Session at 7:02 p.m. to discuss personnel. Adam Paxman seconded. Motion carried.
Adam Paxman made the motion to exit Executive Session at 8:33 p.m. Eugene LaBombard seconded. Motion carried.
ACTION TAKEN: None.
- Adjournment:
Adam Paxman made the motion to adjourn the emergency meeting at 8:33 p.m. Eugene LaBombard seconded. There being no further business at hand, Neal Speer, Village President, adjourned the emergency meeting at 8:33 p.m. Motion carried.
